    However, creating an Emporio account has many benefits such as:

    – Reviewing past purchases
    – Receive live tracking information
    – Save your address and card details for faster shopping
    – Save your personal measurements and sizes

    Yes, this is possible. There is no need to place a new order if you want to make changes. If you want to cancel or change your order, send us an email on [email protected] before the order is dispatched, and we will make the necessary amendments.

    DELIVERY & RETURNS

    After contacting our Customer Care team via our Returns Portal, you can return items bought online, either through the courier of your choice to our Returns Department in Victoria, Gozo, or else Drop Off your returns in our store detailed to you by our customer care team. Read more here.

    Our orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from date of purchase.

    Items bought as gifts must follow the same process outlined here. Gift receipts cannot be issued for online orders.
