Delivery Options

1. Standard delivery is €5 and FREE for purchases over €70. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
2. In-store Pickup – FREE. You can choose any one of our outlets shown below from where you wish to pick up order. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Emporio.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from us, we invite you to review our policy for returns, together with the steps you need to follow for the return of such goods shown below..

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The goods are returned not more than 7 days after receipt of the same.
● The goods are in their original packaging and with their original label attached.
● The goods were not used or damaged.
● You have the receipt or proof of purchase of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regularly priced goods may be returned. Unfortunately, goods on Sale or Discounted cannot be returned, unless received defective or damaged.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
● The supply of goods altered to your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of goods, which when tried on, come in direct contact with the body or hair, including Socks, Tights, Panties, Hair Bands, Pram Shoes.

Returning Goods

As soon as you decide to return an item/s, you have 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of your order to:

1. Send us an email on [email protected] with the information shown below:

A. Your Name, Surname and Mobile number,
B. Order number and Tracking number of the item/s being returned (Found in your Delivery Note enclosed in you parcel)
C. Name of your own courier you’re using for return of item/s.
D. For Drop-Off  at our stores, please indicate which store you intend to drop-off your returns.

2. Await confirmation and instructions by email from our team.

3. On receipt of instructions from our Returns Department, please proceed as instructed.

Goods that are going to be returned are to be addressed to:

Victoria, Gozo, Malta, together with the order tracking number clearly written
next to this address.

Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Alternatively, you can Drop Off your returns in any one of our retail outlets below, after following the Returns Portal steps shown in the Return of Goods section above.

Your package should be addressed to the EMPORIO Returns Department as shown above.

Exchanges For a Different Size or Colour.

In case you need to exchange a purchased product for a different size or colour, please contact our Returns Department through our Returns Portal, and follow the steps shown in the Returning of Goods section above. Otherwise, please note that we only replace goods you received defective or damaged.

Returning Gifts.

When goods are marked as a gift when purchased, a Gift Receipt is issued. and such receipt is handed together with the gift to the recipient. On returning such goods, a copy of the gift receipt should be sent together with the goods. You should contact our Returns Department through our Returns Portal and follow the steps shown in the Return of Goods section above. Once the goods arrive at our stores, a Gift Voucher will be mailed to You. Alternatively, you can change these gifts in any one of our outlets shown above.
